Incredible design and layout was coming from Harrison Varma Architects. Grand View has three terrace landscapes, a courtyard balcony and beautiful landscape of rear garden. Landscape garden is fulfilling with irrigation system. Magnificent house in here has five suite bedrooms, two reception rooms, dining space, cinema which is blending with playing room, indoor pool, sophisticated kitchen with modern and high technology of home appliances, and exclusive bathrooms. This home was built on over 7,300 square feet. It is modern home which is completed with sustainable technologies. Folding window and patio doors with solar control double glazed units provide are used in this residence. Unbroken sunlight enters with no limit into interior. Entrance door made of oak wood with integrated glass inlay panels.

Living room is designed with white color palette. It is completed by generous sofa set, large dining table and modern TV unit. Wooden table and bedside table made of walnut and increase warm atmosphere. Several manufactured were chosen for the featured furniture including Poltrona Frau, B&B Italia, Tonon and Bianchi. Bespoke joinery was coming from by Harrison Varma.

Harrison Varma Architects make comfortable home with exclusive furniture including the dining table and chairs for ten person. This room is taking place in one space floor plan with the living room. Wider space is created with this layout.

Reception room is designed with modern interior. Minimalist concept is coming from simple furniture. Modular sofa was chosen for comfortable seating for the guests. Slim line gas fire set installed to give warm atmosphere especially at winter.

In kitchen space, there is bespoke with exotic timber veneered doors. Cooking range incorporating gas hobs, deep fat fryer, electric grill, microwave, warming drawers and extractor hood comes from Miele. It is including top of the range Miele double oven with automatic Sabbath programs. Full height stainless steel integrated Amana fridge, freezer and wine chiller. Corian worktop with integrated sink and waste disposal units with breakfast bar sitting for 6 people. Fully integrated espresso machine adds the modern style of cooking space. It is really sophisticated kitchen.

Cinema room is full with HD projector and screen. There is Nero Absolute Marble bar with glass backing. It is fully fitted bar including wine and beer fridges sitting. There is also Sony full HD plasma for bar area and completed with billiards table.

White interior was applied so elegant for an exclusive design. Master bedroom self-contained bedroom suite with Flou bed and frette linen. There is full HD wall hung plasma. This room is full of sound and integrated with house audio system. Exclusive decoration also comes from fully automated sheers and curtains with fabrics. The wallpaper is decorated with Swarovski crystals. For the guest bedroom, custom is made joinery incorporating walnut desks and bedside tables. Automated sheers and curtains with fabrics also installed in here.

There are three bathrooms including master bathroom, guest and junior bathroom space. For the master bathroom, it is separated by man and woman shower areas. This room is completed with Kaldewie bath with whirlpool Jacuzzi. Geberit Balena shower toilet with air purification system. It also uses full height Limestone tiling with under floor heating. This room is full of music. Even for guest bathroom, there is wall hung toilet, thermostatic hand held shower and whirlpool Jacuzzi. It is completed with televisions. Porcelain tiled floors with under floor heating and custom made cabinetry with integral lighting. For junior bathroom, it uses standard wall hung toilet, hand held shower and televisions. Porcelain tiled floors with under floor heating also installed in here.

It is wonderful villa in London that is fully of landscaped gardens with irrigation system. Large fully furnished external entertaining areas with granite driveway with parking for 4 cars.
